Q: WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR WOWI TIMEPIECE?

A: The warranty period for WOWI® watches is two years from the date of purchase. All warranties are limited and do contain certain exclusions. Please examine your warranty carefully.


Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY WOWI WATCH NEED REPAIR?

A: If you need your WOWI® watch serviced, there are a few things you should do before taking or sending to our service location:

1) Describe the problem you are having with the watch

2) Bring your warranty or proof of purchase if your WOWI® watch is still within the warranty period

3) Pack your watch well to protect against further damage in transit

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR WATCH BEING REPAIRED?


A: If your watch is out of warranty, you will receive an estimate quote for all repair costs. You can respond to the estimate quote by calling the service center. No repair will be carried out if we do not get approval from you.

Please always keep your official international guarantee card filled in by an authorized dealer of WOWI®. Any other guarantee released by a retailer is at his own responsibility.
